1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 Information We Collect

workB는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래의 개인정보를 수집합니다.

필수 항목: 이름, 이메일 주소
Google 계정 연동 시: Google 프로필 정보(이름, 이메일, 프로필 사진), Google Calendar API를 통한 Meet 링크 생성(캘린더 데이터는 저장하지 않음)
자동 수집 항목: IP 주소, 브라우저 유형, 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그

We collect your name, email address, and—when you connect your Google account—your Google profile information (name, email, profile picture). We use the Google Calendar API solely to generate Google Meet links; no calendar data is read or stored. We also automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, and access logs.

We use your information to provide account management, team collaboration, Google Meet link generation via Google Calendar API (no calendar data is stored), service analytics, and customer support.

3. Google API 데이터 이용 제한 Google API Limited Use Disclosure

workB는 Google API를 통해 수신한 사용자 데이터의 이용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송에 대해 Google API Services User Data Policy를 준수하며, Limited Use 요구사항을 충족합니다.

Google API로 수신한 데이터는 앱 기능 제공 및 개선 목적으로만 사용합니다.
데이터를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
광고 게재 또는 광고 타겟팅 목적으로 데이터를 사용하지 않습니다.
사용자가 명시적으로 동의하지 않는 한, 데이터를 다른 서비스에 전송하지 않습니다.

workB's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties without explicit user consent.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 Sharing with Third Parties

workB는 원칙적으로 사용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

사용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
법령에 의거하여 수사기관 등에 제공이 요구된 경우

We do not share your personal information with third parties except when you have given prior consent or when required by law.

5. 개인정보 보유 및 파기 Retention and Deletion

회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보는 즉시 파기합니다.
관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우, 해당 기간 동안 별도 저장 후 파기합니다.
접속 로그: 3개월 보관 후 파기

Upon account deletion, your personal data is immediately destroyed. Where retention is required by law, data is stored separately for the required period and then destroyed. Access logs are retained for 3 months.

6. 데이터 보안 Data Security

모든 데이터 전송 시 TLS(HTTPS) 암호화를 적용합니다.
개인정보에 대한 접근 권한을 최소한으로 제한합니다.
정기적인 보안 점검을 실시합니다.

We encrypt all data transmissions using TLS (HTTPS), restrict access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and conduct regular security audits.

7. 사용자 권리 Your Rights

사용자는 언제든지 아래의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
